One Equity Partnership
March 2024: The American private equity firm One Equity Partners entered the CBM group as a minority shareholder.
Being selected by this fund was a source of great pride for us and shows how reactive and capable CBM group is in dealing with increasingly complex global dynamics.
This operation was carried out looking to the future and to the market of the components sector for agricultural tractors, which is increasingly concentrated in large groups and increasingly competitive; having a partner like One Equity Partners alongside us will help us grow and improve our strengths, which are and will remain, the production of mechanical and hydraulic components.
